Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of web development and related services provided by LogicStackWorks, registered at Paseo de Reding 10, 29016 Malaga, Spain.
02.1 Scope of Services
LogicStackWorks provides custom web development, e-commerce solutions, API integration, database optimization, cloud infrastructure deployment, and related technical services as agreed upon in individual project proposals.
02.2 Project Proposals & Acceptance
Each engagement begins with a written project proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Work commences only after written acceptance of the proposal by the client.
02.3 Payment Terms
Invoices are issued as outlined in the project proposal. Standard terms: 50% upfront upon proposal acceptance, 50% upon final delivery. Late payments incur a 2% monthly surcharge. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
02.4 Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the delivered work product are transferred to the client. LogicStackWorks retains the right to display the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
02.5 Limitation of Liability
LogicStackWorks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
02.6 Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 24 months.
02.7 Termination
Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
Refund / Reimbursement Policy

LogicStackWorks stands behind the quality of our web development services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.
04.1 Pre-Project Cancellation
If you cancel a project before work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any upfront payment within 10 business days.
04.2 Mid-Project Cancellation
If you cancel a project after work has commenced:
- → Work completed to date will be billed at the agreed rate
- → Any overpayment will be refunded within 14 business days
- → Completed deliverables will be transferred to you upon payment for work done
04.3 Delivery Disputes
If delivered work materially deviates from the accepted project proposal, you may request revisions at no additional cost within 14 days of delivery. If revisions cannot resolve the deviation, a partial or full refund will be negotiated in good faith.
04.4 Non-Refundable Items
- → Third-party service fees (hosting, domain, SSL certificates) already procured
- → Consultation fees for work already rendered
- → Custom design work approved by the client during the project
04.5 Refund Process
